Have I mentioned that my toddler thinks that pancakes are what make the world go round?  Buttermilk pancakes, whole grain pancakes, Bisquick pancakes, pumpkin pancakes, banana pancakes.  Really, as long as syrup is involved she’s game.  And after every bite she reports to me that she is, in fact, sticky.  Mmm.

Too Big for Her Britches

We made it to the park last night and although Bianca LOVED the big slide, she HATED the baby swing.  She was terrified!  Strangely, though, she thought the big swing was great.  Unfortunately the big swing scared Mommy to death :)

A Fun Day

Bianca had such a BIG day today…cleaning, playing, Ethan’s birthday party, and a little shopping with Mom and Seansy.  Yay for warm days!

Bianca totally kicks my butt at motherhood.  I can’t even eat with ONE baby on my lap and she’s attempting it with TWO.  She even managed to get some in both of their mouths—and nothing got thrown off the table.  I’m going to have to watch and take lessons.  Right now she’s got both of them at the back window looking at the snow (I really did say SNOW!) She’s awesome.

 

What a Pal

Have you ever seen such a happy girl?  It’s because she LOVES her best pal, Jake.  She could stay up on those shoulders FOREVER—and sometimes she does :)

Sweet Sleep

So the sleeping thing didn’t last.  Oh well.  BUT, on the up side…SHE WANTS TO SLEEP WITH ME!  And I adore it.  There is nothing better than being tired because my arm was asleep under a heavy baby head all night and I couldn’t roll over.  AND I adore waking up with her.  It is fantastic.  I love this new trick of hers…

Alfredo

This bebe has a love affair with alfredo sauce.  She is SO nasty after eating the stuff and always wants to give me lovins.  Gross.

SeeSee

Sophie (SeeSee) likes binkies.  Bianca does not.  So the other day when Bianca found a binky she put it in her mouth and laughed and laughed and kept saying “SeeSee!”  Silly :)

WHY?? Why are you so cranky?! I hate that kids mimic parental behavior. That's her horse dress, btw. I took it apart and made it so the horses were actually the right direction--go me. It was the biggest pain-in-the-butt sewing project. She better like it!


Also, right after this picture was taken she fell backwards and landed on the metal bar under the table. Ouch. Prior to this picture being taken she tripped and fell and smacked her forehead on her play kitchen. 24 hours later, she fell off the counter. Again, she must be mimicking parental behavior...or clumsiness.

Progression

2:30 AM

Screaming.
"Owee, owee, owee!"
Continued screaming.
I arrive on the scene.
"You want to sleep in Mom's bed?"
"Yeah."
7 hours later we wake up.
And we have officially overcome the fear of Mom's bed. Yessss.
